Personal Training is done whenever classes are not running

What are classes like?

First and foremost, we are a No Ego gym. Everyone is here to get better at their own pace and support each other in their personal goals. 

We run 45 minute Kettlebell classes and each day we have a new workout for you to enjoy. Our classes are fast-paced, but we also place a large emphasis on coaching correct form and doing your Rehab/Stretching/Foam Rolling/etc. so show up ready to learn something new. 

How many classes should I come to per week?

You’ll be expected to come to 3-5 classes per week, rest is important!

How does the Daily Check-In work?

Basically, we set up a private Facebook group with just the two of us. Every day, you’ll post a picture of your meals and record any workouts or weigh-ins. You can also ask any question you want and you’ll get an answer as soon as possible. 

What if I’m not athletic?

Great! This program is designed for the complete beginner. We’ll teach you everything need to know.

Is this a competition?

No! The only person you should be competing with is your previous self. There are no winners and no losers, only people improving their lives and loving it.

What happens when the program is over?

Well, you gotta keep working out! When the 6 weeks are up, your membership will be converted to Unlimited Kettlebell Classes for $165/month.

What if I want to do the program again?

Why wouldn’t you! Most people are going to need longer than 6 weeks to reach their goal weight, that’s why we’ll let you join our future transformations for free as long as you’re still a member of Element Athletic.

Even if this is a bad time for you to change your diet, it’s never too early to start learning how to be healthier. The 6 weeks is not about rushing you, it’s about laying a framework you can build on for the rest of your life.
