Sure, the jokes about having a Dad Bod can be fun and light-hearted. But really, it’s an excuse for why a man has let himself go.
And hey, maybe you enjoy your Dad Bod. Maybe life is working out pretty great. If so, I’m legitimately happy for you.
But maybe you feel like you have let yourself go and you’re not too happy about it.
You’re not the nacho-devouring machine you use to be in your 20s and sometimes it’s easier to laugh at yourself than to admit you’ve been slacking on your health.

The hard part is consistency.
