Jess lost 9lbs and is stronger than ever!

“This challenge was great for me because it helped me figure out what my body needs food and workout-wise. It opened my eye to the fact that it’s not that hard to balance the two while maintaining a satisfying relationship with food AND looking BOMB.

Once you flip the switch and decide to put in place healthy eating habits (alongside three workouts a week), having a treat is actually okay and there is in fact room for it. It doesn’t always have to be iced with guilt! Finishing the challenge gave me a tremendously satisfying sense of success. My abs are shredded. My arms look nice and buff as I jump rope and I can KILL 50 double-unders in a row.

The key to this program was definitely the fun workouts at Element and the support of everyone else doing the transformation at the same time. I love our crew.
